What is a BFF?

A BFF is a VIP customer who has access to special perks such as free first-class shipping, exclusive styles, sneak peeks of upcoming collections, and access to an incredible community of fellow N&S fans.

How do I join?

First, please create an account on nickelandsuede.com if you haven’t already. Then, visit our BFF Facebook Group and request to join by answering the three membership questions + including the email address that is associated with your account. A member of our BFF team will review your request, and pending any issues, add you to the group. That’s it! You can now enjoy all the fun benefits of being a BFF.

How long does it take to join*?

The process to join takes less than 5 minutes including creating an account on nickelandsuede.com and requesting to join our Facebook groupPlease note, it may take up to 24 hours to process your request to join our Facebook group. Any requests to join over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.  

*Please note that during high volume times such as “Early Access” events, it may take up to 48 hours to process your request. We will do our best to review and approve all requests as soon as possible. If there is an issue with your request to join, we will reach out via Facebook Messenger. If you have not been added to the group within the designated time, please check Facebook Messenger for a message from one of our team members first before contacting Customer Service. 

What are the BFF perks?

Free first-class shipping, BFF exclusive designs, sneak peeks of upcoming collections, Facebook Live sessions with founder, Kilee Nickels, and access to our Facebook group with thousands of incredible women who love to share their style and support for their fellow N&S friends.

How does free shipping work? Do I need to put in a code?

Once you have created an account on nickelandsuede.com and have been added to our Facebook Group, you will automatically receive free first-class shipping with your orders. You do not need to input a free shipping code. You must be logged into your account to receive free shipping.

How do I purchase the BFF Exclusive products?

All BFFs are available to purchase in any BFF Exclusive products. You must be logged into your account to add any BFF Exclusive product to cart, and must be logged in to complete your transcation.

Why do I have to create an account on nickelandsuede.com to join?

In order to receive free first-class shipping automatically, you must have a customer account on our website.

What if I’m not on Facebook. Can I still join?

Because majority of the perks included in the BFF program are available only through our Facebook group, you must join the Facebook group to enjoy all the perks including free first-class shipping, sneak peeks, and exclusive designs.

What if live outside of the US? Can I still join and receive all the perks?

Yes, you can join! Please follow all the same steps mentioned above to join the group including creating your own account on nickelandsuede.com, and requesting to join our Facebook group. The only difference is that free first-class shipping is available for domestic shipments only. All International BFF's receive a $4 credit towards their total order to supplement their shipping costs. The credit is applied at checkout, no coupon is necessary. Please make sure you are logged into your account in order to receive the credit. 

If I’m having problems with free shipping or accessing the BFF Exclusive, what do I do?
