Joining is as easy as three steps to meet an incredible community of women who love all things N&S.
What is a BFF?
A BFF is a customer who is part of our BFF Facebook group. As part of the Facebook group, you have access to special perks such as sneak peeks of upcoming collections and access to an incredible community of fellow N&S fans.
How do I join?
Visit our BFF Facebook Group and request to join by answering the three membership questions. A member of our BFF team will review your request, and pending any issues, add you to the group. That’s it! You can now enjoy all the fun benefits of being a BFF.
How long does it take to join*?
Please note, it may take up to 24 hours to process your request to join our Facebook group. Any requests to join over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
*Please note that during high volume times such as “Early Access” events, it may take up to 48 hours to process your request. We will do our best to review and approve all requests as soon as possible. If there is an issue with your request to join, we will reach out via Facebook Messenger. If you have not been added to the group within the designated time, please check Facebook Messenger for a message from one of our team members first before contacting Customer Service.
What are the BFF perks?
BFF perks include sneak peeks of upcoming collections, Facebook Live sessions with founder, Kilee Nickels, opportunities to give feedback on past and upcoming promotions, and access to our Facebook group with thousands of incredible women who love to share their style and support for their fellow N&S friends.
What if I’m not on Facebook. Can I still join?
The BFFs are exclusively a Facebook group, but you can join our Shine Squad loyalty program and enjoy a number of perks such as exclusive product, early access to launches and sales, and more. Find more info on Shine Squad here.
