Simply enter your card details and the first payment is due when your order ships. The remaining three payments are automatically charged to your credit card every 2 weeks.

Are there requirements to use Klarna?
Yes, you’ll need:
A US-issued debit or credit card
To be 18+ years old
A US billing address
An SMS-capable phone number
How do I sign up?
If your cart is eligible for 4 interest-free payments with Klarna on nickelandsuede.com, the option will be available at checkout. After confirming your phone number, you’ll be sent an SMS message to confirm your identity. You’ll then set up your payment method with Klarna and accept the terms of your payment plan.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Klarna currently accepts all major debit and credit cards (i.e., Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover). Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.
Where can I use Klarna?
You can use Klarna on nickelandsuede.com only. Klarna is currently not available at our retail locations. Stay tuned for more updates.
What if I can’t make a payment?
Please reach out to Klarna’s customer service team and they will be happy to look into the options available. You can contact them 24/7 in the Klarna app or at klarna.com.
Are there late fees?
A late fee of up to $7 may be charged if an automatic payment cannot be collected. Please see terms for full details.
Will Klarna delay my order processing?
No, Klarna is like any other payment option and will not delay order processing.
What if I make a return?
Buy Online - Return online:
If Nickel & Suede receives your unused/unworn items within 21 days of your order date, the purchase price will be refunded to your Klarna account and the amount and length of your payment plan will be adjusted accordingly. Final sale items are ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Original purchase price will be honored one time if repurchasing the exact same item in a different size.
Buy Online - Return in store:
If Nickel & Suede receives your unworn/unused items within 21 days of your order date, the purchase price will be refunded to a Visa/Mastercard debit/credit card of your choice. This credit will NOT be applied to your Klarna account and you MUST continue to make payments to Klarna per the original agreement. Final sale items are ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Original purchase price will be honored one time if repurchasing the exact same item in a different size.
