- Fill out the required info on the submission form. If completed correctly, you should receive an email from us with shipping instructions. It may take up to 5 minutes to receive this email upon submission.
- Follow the shipping instructions on the confirmation email.
- IMPORTANT: Please include your contact info including your email address in the shipment to ensure timely processing.
- Ship your earrings to HQ using your preferred mail carrier.
- We will process your shipment within 7-10 days from the day you mailed your package. All mail carriers are experiencing delays, and this may affect your shipment arrival to HQ. Please do not reach out to customer service prior to 7-10 business days as we will NOT have a response regarding your package.
- Once your package has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your discount code.

WHAT EARRINGS CAN I SEND?
We will accept any large or heavy statement earrings, non-N&S leather earrings, and your pre-loved N&S earrings. We will not accept stud earrings or single earrings.
ARE YOU ACCEPTING SINGLE EARRINGS?
This promotion is for complete pairs of earrings only.
CAN I SEND IN OTHER TYPES OF JEWELRY, I.E. CUFFS?
This promotion is for statement earrings only. We will not accept cuffs, bracelets, necklaces, or rings.

WHAT IS THE LAST DAY I CAN SEND IN MY EARRINGS TO RECEIVE A DISCOUNT?
All Make the Switch packages must be postmarked no later than August 14, 2021 to be eligible. Any packages with a postmark of August 15, 2021 or later are ineligible.
CAN I BRING MY EARRINGS TO A RETAIL LOCATION INSTEAD OF SHIPPING THEM?
Yes! Our retail associates would be happy to accept Make the Switch submissions from August 1-14, 2021 at any of our three retail locations. All customers who receive their Make the Switch discount at a retail location will be able to use their discount in-store that day only. Make the Switch discounts received at a retail location are unable to be used online or at a later date. Discount will be taken at register and cannot be applied to previous purchases or stacked with other offers. Some exclusions apply. Please see full promo details for more info.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM DISCOUNT I CAN RECEIVE? DOES IT EXPIRE?
For 1-4 pairs, customers will receive a 15% off discount. For 5 or more pairs, customers will receive a 20% off discount. For all customers who ship their earrings and receive their discount via email, this discount will be valid online only from August 1, 2021 through September 6, 2021. For customers who receive their discount in-store, their discount is valid in-store that day only. Please see full promo details for more info.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY DISCOUNT?
For any customer who ships their earrings, please allow 7-10 business days from the day you mailed the package to receive an email confirmation with your discount code. Discount codes received via email are valid online only.
For any customer who stops by our retail location, you can use your discount the same day in-store only.
HOW WILL YOU NOTIFY ME AFTER I SHIPPED MY EARRINGS?
All customers who submit the Make the Switch form on our website will receive an initial email confirmation to the email address you provided on the form. It may take up to 5 minutes to receive this email. If you do not see the email confirmation in your inbox, please check your Junk or SPAM folder before reaching out to Customer Service.
Once your earrings have been processed by our team, customers will receive a new confirmation email that includes your discount code and confirmation your package has been processed. Make the Switch discount codes are one per customer, and non-transferable.
Please note it may take 7-10 days to receive your package and process your info. If you have not received an email confirmation after the 7-10 day processing window, please first check your Junk or SPAM folder. If you still have not received confirmation, we recommend you reach out to Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org for help. Email and call volume may be higher than normal, so please be patient with a response from our Customer Service team.
Please do not reach out to Customer Service before the 7-10 day processing window as we will not have an update for you. We are working as fast as we can while taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our staff.
CAN I SEND MORE THAN ONE PACKAGE FOR AN ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT?
Make the Switch discount offers are one per customer and non-transferable. We are unable to offer discounts for multiple package submissions.
IF I SEND IN MORE ITEMS THAN I STATED ON THE FORM, WILL I RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT?
Unfortunately, the form must match the number of earrings to receive your discount.
WHAT NICKEL & SUEDE ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE WITH MY DISCOUNT?
The Make the Switch discount is eligible on over 200 Nickel & Suede items on our website or in-store. The discount is ineligible on the following items: new arrivals, sale or discounted items, charity styles, hats, gift cards, gift sets, Earring of the Month®, leather library (retail only), and our retail exclusive female-founded collection items. Assortment will vary between our website and retail locations.
