The marketing intern will be assisting across all departments including social media, influencer, PR, ecommerce, and creative. This internship will help you acquire marketing and ecommerce skills, and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities include:

Social Media & Influencer:

• Schedule & curate content on social channels
• Content creation & if applicable, edit content for reels and video
• Prospect and pitch influencer campaigns including coordinating gifting, samples, and follow up

Ecommerce:

• Product launch preparation including photo editing, resizing, and sku organization
• Update product + event pages

Creative:

• Manage image library + product samples
• Assist on photo shoots
• Retail content creation
• Research projects as needed

PR:

• Create line sheets + look book
• Manage gifting + traffic product samples

We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about the Nickel & Suede brand storytelling
• Great attention to detail and thrives in fast-paced environments
• Creative and has a strong concept on current trends and buzz-worthy conversations
• Able to research trends and present new concepts to the social and marketing team

Required skills:

•  Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva, and social platforms (Facebook, IG, TikTok, and Pinterest)
• Great organizational and project management skills
• Good writing skills (copywriting skills preferred)
• Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Adobe Suite + video editing
