Leather Production Lead – Jewelry Manufacturing - Full-Time
Location: Liberty, MO (Headquarters)
Schedule: Full-Time
Reports To: Production Coordinator
We’re looking for a Leather Production Lead to take ownership of our leather crafting room. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys working with materials, creating something tangible, and keeping a space running like a well-oiled machine.
You’ll learn and manage the leather cutting, foiling, and painting process, while maintaining tools, dies, and inventory. This position requires someone who is reliable, organized, and enjoys working independently—but can also support and guide others when needed.
This is a hands-on production role with plenty of room to grow into a craftsperson and leader in the space.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and execute the full leather preparation process: cutting, foiling, painting
- Maintain inventory of leather, dies, foils, paints, and tools
- Track, clean, and care for leather dies and cutting equipment
- Keep the leather room clean, safe, and well-organized
- Work independently for much of the day, while helping oversee others in the space
- Uphold quality and consistency standards
- Train and assist team members as needed

- Organized and tidy—takes pride in keeping a workspace running smoothly
- Friendly and approachable with good communication skills
- Calm under pressure and steady in routine
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Enjoys teaching and guiding others as needed
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
