Our team works hard to prepare your orders with care and ship them out within 48 hours. For faster shipping - choose Fedex 2Day at checkout.

Orders placed after noon CST on Fridays will ship the following business day.

Shipping extensions

Due to an influx of orders during our 4th of July sale, shipping times may be temporarily extended 1-3 business days. Thanks for your patience.

Additionally, we are aware of tracking issues with USPS - please note your order should be shipping as normal and tracking may just be incorrect.

Returns

We want you to love everything about your N&S and will be happy to sort out any issues you may have. See the policies below for more standard return information.

  • We are happy to offer returns on our products purchased online within 21 days of order ship date, and for store purchases within 21 days of purchase.
  • To return an online order, initiate a return here.
  • To return a store purchase, please mail your item(s) to the address listed below:

    (Please include a note inside the mailer regarding your return, and your purchase receipt).
  • Online Returns: Shipping will not be refunded on returned items. If Checkout+ was selected at time of purchase, order is eligible for FREE returns, exchanges and package protection. If not, customer is responsible for the cost of return label.
  • International Returns: We unfortunately do NOT offer free returns on international orders.

Checkout+ Coverage

Checkout+ is an optional add-on you can select at checkout that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order. 

  • Free Return Shipping: If you need to return an item for an exchange, refund, or store credit, your return shipping label is covered, so there are no additional label fees when you send your item back.
  • Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim through our Returns Portal, and upon approval, we'll send you a same-item replacement at no extra cost.

Please note: Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in any store credit or refund amounts. Coverage also cannot be added to an order after it has been placed. If Checkout+ was not selected at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
