We will gladly refund, exchange or offer a digital gift card for any eligible purchases within 14 days of original purchase date at any of our N&S retail locations. If you are not satisfied with your N&S items for any reason, you can return your eligible purchase within 14 days of purchase. Your original receipt is required to process any return or store credit. Items eligible for return or exchange include any unused / unworn Nickel & Suede products purchased at any of our retail locations. Final sale items are ineligible for return, exchange, or a digital gift card. Original purchase price will be honored one time if repurchasing the exact same item in a different size.

We are also happy to offer returns or exchanges for online orders at any of our N&S retail locations. If you are not satisfied with your N&S items for any reason, you can return your eligible purchase within 21 days of your order ship date. Your order number or customer name are required to process any return or digital gift card. Items eligible for return or exchange include any unused / unworn Nickel & Suede products purchased online at nickelandsuede.com or at any of our retail locations. Final sale items are ineligible for return, exchange, or digital gift card. Original purchase price will be honored one time if repurchasing the exact same item in a different size.

We are happy to provide a refund of the purchase price for items returned in brand new, unused and sellable condition within 21 days of order ship date (shipping charges are not eligible for refunds) or 21 days of in-store purchase date. Items must be in new condition in order to be eligible for a refund (no makeup, wear marks, etc). Any item that is damaged or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to deny a refund or credit if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. Returns made after the first 21 days of order ship date will be refunded in the form of a gift card only. Handbags, Hats, Advent Calendars, and Gift Sets are subject to a $10 restocking fee. Custom Orders such as mini sizes and hook changes are subject to a $5 restocking fee. We do not refund shipping on online returns.

Checkout+ Coverage

Checkout+ is an optional add-on you can select at checkout that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order. 

  • Free Return Shipping: If you need to return an item for an exchange, refund, or store credit, your return shipping label is covered, so there are no additional label fees when you send your item back.
  • Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim through our Returns Portal, and upon approval, we'll send you a same-item replacement at no extra cost.

Please note: Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in any store credit or refund amounts. Coverage also cannot be added to an order after it has been placed. If Checkout+ was not selected at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
