Sales Associate (Part-Time, Daytime) - Liberty, MO

Position:  Sales Associate
Schedule: Part-Time (15 - 20 hours/week)
Reports To: Store Manager
Location:  Liberty, MO
Hourly Rate: Starts at $15 (based on experience)

Nickel & Suede is looking for a friendly, dependable Sales Associate to join our Liberty retail team. We’re especially looking for someone who enjoys weekday morning and daytime shifts and loves creating an exceptional customer experience.

Whether you’re styling a customer for game day, work, or everyday life, you’ll help women leave our store feeling more confident than when they walked in.

What You’ll Do

·         Welcome every customer with warmth and enthusiasm.

·         Style customers and recommend pieces that fit their personality and lifestyle.

·         Deliver exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond expectations.

·         Keep the store beautiful through merchandising, restocking, and organization.

·         Process sales accurately and efficiently.

·         Represent the Nickel & Suede brand with professionalism and positivity.

·         Occasionally assist with pop-up events and community events.

·         Is available primarily weekday mornings and daytime hours.

·         Loves fashion and enjoys helping others feel confident.

·         Is outgoing, positive, and enjoys building relationships.

·         Takes initiative and looks for ways to help without being asked.

·         Thrives in a team environment while working independently.

·         Learns quickly and adapts to changing priorities.

·         Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

·         Ability to stand for extended periods.

·         Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
