Production Team Member- Full Time

Location: Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Full-Time
Starting Pay: $16/hour

Nickel & Suede is hiring dependable, hands-on Production Team Members to join our growing full-time core team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative, and upbeat environment—and who takes pride in producing beautiful, high-quality products with accuracy and speed.

You’ll work closely with our Warehouse Manager to help keep daily operations running smoothly across cutting, assembly, foiling, shipping, and inventory. This is a core role on our production team with the opportunity to grow into a Lead or Assistant position as you develop experience and demonstrate initiative.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a steady, reliable presence on the production floor

  • Cut materials, assemble jewelry, foil, and fulfill customer orders

  • Keep your workspace organized, stocked, and ready to go each day

  • Help receive, unpack, and prep incoming inventory

  • Work with care, speed, and precision to maintain quality standards

  • Support the Warehouse Manager in keeping production flowing efficiently
