Thank you so much for your patience as our team works to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, while also ensuring the health and safety of our team members. Due to COVID-19, our service carriers (USPS & FedEx) are experiencing delayed shipping times, and packages may take an additional 5-7 days for shipment or arrival. Please note shipping estimates do not include the time from when the carrier receives the package to the date the package is delivered. Shipping times may vary during holiday and busy seasons.  

Please note that if you ordered a pre-order item in addition to other items that are available to ship now, your order will ship WITHOUT the pre-order item. Returns and Exchanges 

Holiday Update: Items purchased 11/1 - 12/31 will have an extended return window & can be returned by 1/15/2022.

Shop with us online and get FREE returns with every eligible online order! If you’re not satisfied with your N&S items for any reason, you can return your eligible purchase within 21 days of your order date. Items eligible for return include any unused/unworn Nickel & Suede products purchased online at nickelandsuede.com. Final sale items are ineligible for return, exchange, or gift card. Buy in-store – return online

We will also accept in-store purchases as an online return. We will gladly refund or offer an digital gift card for any purchase made from one of our N&S retail locations within 14 days of your original purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your N&S items for any reason, you may ship them back to the return address listed below. Eligible items must be postmarked by 21 days from purchase. Your original receipt is required to process any return or gift card. Items eligible for return or exchange include any unused/unworn Nickel & Suede products purchased at any of our retail locations. Final sale items are ineligible for return, exchange or digital gift card.

Additional Returns Info

  • Labels are generated through the United State Postal Service, therefore orders from outside the U.S. are not eligible for pre-paid return labels.
  • Return Labels that are approved or generated but not used will be void after 30 days.
  • Due to COVID-19, refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receiving the product. 
  • Returns made after the first 21 days of order placement will be refunded in the form of a gift card only.
  • For International returns, please call our Customer Service line at 816-467-4600.
  • We are happy to provide a refund of the purchase price for items returned in brand new, unused and sellable condition within 21 days of purchase (shipping charges are not eligible for refunds). Items must be in new condition in order to be eligible for a refund (no makeup, wear marks, etc). Any item that is damaged or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund or credit if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • Hats, Advent Calendars, and Gift Sets are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
  • Custom Orders such as mini sizes and hook changes are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
  • Items purchase at a 30% discount or greater are final sale.
  • Leather Library items are final sale.

      Price Adjustments:

      We will honor a one-time price adjustment per purchase on full-price merchandise within seven (7) days of the retail purchase or online order date, if accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation email. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Adjustments will be issued in the form of gift card and cannot be applied retroactively. Your gift card never expires.
