**An Important Shipping message:

Thank you so much for your patience as our team works to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, while also ensuring the health and safety of our team members. Due to COVID-19, our service carriers (USPS & FedEx) are experiencing delayed shipping times, and packages may take an additional 5-7 days for shipment or arrival. Please note shipping estimates do not include the time from when the carrier receives the package to the date the package is delivered. Shipping times may vary during holiday and busy seasons.  

MOTHER’S DAY SHIPPING DEADLINES:

In order to receive your N&S gifts by Saturday, May 8th:

USPS FIRST CLASS: Orders must be submitted by 11:59 PM CST on Sunday, April 25th.

USPS PRIORITY: Orders must be submitted by 11:59 PM CST on Sunday, May 2nd.

USPS 2-DAY EXPRESS: Orders must be submitted by 11:59 PM CST on Monday, May 3rd.

 

FREE SHIPPING – Spend $50 or more to get FREE SHIPPING (USPS First Class) on all domestic orders

USPS - Orders ship from our facility within 3-5 business days - Estimated transit time is 5-8 days

USPS FIRST CLASS - $5

*Please expect longer shipping times for any orders going to Hawaii or Alaska.

Buy online – return online

Shop with us online and get FREE returns with every eligible online order! If you’re not satisfied with your N&S items for any reason, you can return your eligible purchase within 21 days of your order date. Items eligible for return include any unused/unworn Nickel & Suede products purchased online at nickelandsuede.com. Final sale items are ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Original purchase price will be honored one time if repurchasing the exact same item in a different size. Generate a free pre-paid return label here!*

Buy in-store – return online

We will also accept in-store purchases as an online return. We will gladly refund or offer online credit for any purchase made from one of our N&S retail locations within 21 days of your original purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your N&S items for any reason, you may ship them back to the return address listed below. Eligible items must be postmarked by 21 days from purchase. Your original receipt is required to process any return or store credit. Items eligible for return or exchange include any unused/unworn Nickel & Suede products purchased at any of our retail locations. Final sale items are ineligible for return, exchange or store credit.

We are also happy to offer returns or exchanges for online orders at any of our N&S retail locations. If you are not satisfied with your N&S items for any reason, you can return your eligible purchase within 21 days of your order date. Your order number or customer name are required to process any return or store credit. Items eligible for return or exchange include any unused/unworn Nickel & Suede products purchased online at nickelandsuede.com or at any of our retail locations. Final sale items are ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Original purchase price will be honored one time if repurchasing the exact same item in a different size.

Additional Returns Info

  • Labels are generated through the United State Postal Service, therefore orders from outside the U.S. are not eligible for pre-paid return labels.  
  • Due to COVID-19, refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receiving the product. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days to see that refund back in your account.
  • Returns made after the first 21 days of order placement will be refunded in online store credit only.
  • For International returns, please call our Customer Service line.
  • Items sent back to us for refund must be in unused, unworn condition. Please help us by including original packaging. We hope this makes returns easy for you! If we receive items that are visibly worn, only Online Store Credit will be given and will be subject to a 30% restock fee.
  • All hats and candles are subject to a $10 restocking fee.

Price Adjustments:

We will honor a one-time price adjustment per purchase on full-price merchandise within seven (7) days of the retail purchase or online order date, if accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation email. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Adjustments will be issued in the form of store credit and cannot be applied retroactively. Your store credit never expires and will automatically deduct from your next purchase at checkout.
